As a childhood sexual assault victor, Jackie is passionate about helping others overcome their own trauma and reclaim their strength.

Her unique background drives her mission to equip healthcare workers with practical, sustainable mindset tools to reduce stress, manage burnout, and thrive even in the face of first hand or secondary trauma, ensuring long-term well-being for themselves and those they care for, both at work and at home.
My Story
At the height of my career, I found myself trapped in a self-imposed prison of negativity, struggling to juggle my roles as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, business owner, and sales leader. Burnout had completely taken over, leaving me overwhelmed and off-balance.

Desperate to break free, I embarked on a relentless journey to escape this mindset prison for good.

I tried therapy and countless self-help resources, but nothing stuck. It wasn't until I invested in my mindset and worked with a professional coach that I found the breakthrough I needed. Through coaching, I learned to dismantle the mental barriers I had built, unlocking my full potential and embracing a life of purpose, fulfillment, and success.

This transformation didn’t just impact me—it had a profound effect on my marriage, family, business, and, most importantly, my sense of self. The change was deep and undeniable, leaving a lasting mark on every part of my life.

As I reflected on my journey—from my upbringing, becoming a sexual assault victor, and burned out sales leader to my time as an Executive Director of a prison ministry for single mothers—I realized I had a unique and valuable set of insights and tools that could make a generational impact for the good.
These experiences, combined with my understanding of the generational patterns of stress, burnout, and trauma, equip me to help healthcare heroes like you create lasting, positive change for yourself and future generations through practical, effective mindset techniques.
My Values
What excites me the most about working with our healthcare heroes is that I as a child of one, I have first hand experience of how generational cycles around poor stress and burnout response behaviors can play out generation after generation. I now have the training and the tools to teach our heroes how to create healthier responses to stress, break through the burnout and become triumphant over trauma.
